Receive Product Before Releasing Funds

Spot purchases come with a certain amount of risk due to the imbalance in supply and demand, the complex nature of the procurement market for PPE products and the inability for both buyers and sellers to secure reliable partners and engage in successful transactions.

Although there are good reasons for the complex nature of the transactions, our focus is cutting through the disinformation and complexities so that we can help Healthcare and Government buyers engage in successful transactions and mitigate their risk.

Cardinal Flexal and Cranberry Evolve

For up-to-date pricing, please complete our consulting request form and a member of our team can provide a complete overview of the procedures and advise the buyer on how to engage in the transaction. Currently, the buyer can secure 100M to 1B over the course of a year. The product is currently in a “ready stock” state on-the-ground in the United States. The buyer can determine what time frame best suits his/her ability to take possession of the product.

MT799 Block Funds

For this particular transaction the seller requires an MT799 to block funds related to the transaction. However, the buyer does not have to release funds until the end of the product term which could be 3-12 months. What this means is that the buyer can take possession of the product, sell the product, and release funds after s/he has recouped profits.

After a qualifying review of the buyer, a member of our consulting team can arrange a call with the seller’s mandate to review the transaction, the SOP and to advance the process.
